It's amazing how the Lord will give you exactly what you need, when you need it. He's an on time God and I'm so very grateful that He touched your heart so that you included me in entering the contests to win Excerpts From The Heart! I have been going through a really hard time fighting depression and after almost 3 yrs, still dealing with the hurt over my divorce. Thinking that because of the things that happened in my marriage and my part of it's failure that I didn't deserve to be happy. Lady LaWanda's testimony about her life situations has helped me to re-examine a lot in my own life. The words that I use over my life, I need to be careful of. Really and honestly believing and trusting in the Lord for His help, guidance, and deliverance. No matter what I'm going through, still do His will and He will help me through it all and still get the glory out of my life. I must become as she said " A Dead Man Walking"!!! I want to be able to experience real freedom. As she has did once in her life, I also found myself a while back putting walls up to protect myself from getting hurt again. I dare not to even begin to compare my life to hers because there is no comparison but I do know that if our God can bring her out and she now have freedom and victory after being molested, raped, even losing her precious baby boy, I know that He can do the same for me. This book has given me hope and the tools I need to exercise my faith to become whole again. THANK YOU SO MUCH for connecting me with this book. I feel so blessed right now. I've done a lot of crying while reading but I feel more blessed and determined now that I have read it. Love you much sis, and thanks again!!!
**BIG HUG** Reading your book Exceprts from the Heart was like taking a bite of a REALLY good piece of cake; not being able to get enough, you STUFF it down your face because it's so good! I cried a lot! It was a good cry though; I really needed to get it out. Your testimony is AWEEEESOOOMMMEEE **BIG LETTERS** AWESOME! It's definitely something that I will be pulling back out and using over and over again. I really needed it and I'm sure I will need it again! Very inspirational! I can't wait for the next book!
